It’s equipped with plenty of cupboard units, a range-style cooker, two 4ft fridge-freezers and additional under-counter fridge and freezer, so you won’t be fighting over space. A big dining table with six chairs makes it a proper hangout space. A separate utility cupboard houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and boiler.

Living room

A comfortable lounge with a large corner sofa and a wall-mounted TV, shelving, track lighting, a radiator and a smoke alarm, with grey carpet and a teal feature wall.

• Separate WC: A separate downstairs W/C for when you host any large social gatherings.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms come with a bed and mattress, a desk and chair, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

• Ground-floor front doubles (Room 1&2): Two bright extra-large rooms with big windows, boasting lots of natural light. Room 1 has an original feature fireplace, and room 2 has a built-in walk-in wardrobe.

• Ground-floor double with French doors (Room 3): Opening onto the side garden of the property, are two large UPVC doors, allowing plenty of light into this spacious double room, with a period fireplace giving it a rustic look.

• Single rooms (4&5): One good size single, one cosy single for those on a budget.

• Large Double rooms (6 & 8): Very large double rooms, with big windows and extra space to fit any additional furniture you may have,

• Extra Large Double (Room 7): The largest room in the property, well laid out to provide a bright open space, two large front facing windows looking over the park make this a desirable room with a view.

Bathroom: A modern suite with a bath w/ shower over and glass shower screen, wall-hung basin, a toilet.

Shower room: A separate shower cubicle next to the bathroom with an electric shower, and vanity unit with basin.

Separate WC: A stylish upstairs W/C with panelled walls, a wall-hung basin and a feature mirror.
