Step 2:

Contact us!

Give us a call, drop us an email or use our handy enquiry forms at the bottom of each property page to arrange a viewing!

If you know a time/date that you would be available between Monday – Friday 9:00 and 17:00, let us know and we will try our best to work around your schedule.

Please Note: We need at least 24 hours notice between confirming a viewing time and the viewing, this is so we can give our tenants the required notice prior to entering the property.

We like to respect our tenants privacy as much as possible, so we try and avoid early morning viewings and weekends, but we will always be as flexible as possible.

Covid 19 Notice: Due to the current pandemic, we are only offering viewings virtually, usually via Zoom video call. This is to ensure the safety of yourselves and our tenants. Every viewing is conducted with safety in mind, and we take all precautions necessary when considering viewings.

Step 3:

— The Viewing —

We will show you around the house, and let you know all the ins and outs, and what furnishings come with the property, and give you as much information as possible. If you have an any additional questions feel free to ask them on the viewing. Don’t worry, you do not need to remember everything! We will follow the viewing up with an email, if you have any extra questions, or need something repeated or clarified just pop it in an email.

We don’t like to waste your time by dragging out our viewings, so they can be fairly quick! If you want to view the house or a particular room again, or want to spend time inspecting the quality or our rooms, feel free! We are never in a hurry and you should never feel rushed, choosing the right room takes time.

Step 4:

Following up…

After the viewing we’ll send you a follow up email to confirm any information /questions and to send through a blank copy of contract for your to read all the T & C’s.

Have a good read through the contract and ask as many questions as you like on any area you are unsure of!

Picking the right room and signing a contract for the year is a big decision, so take as much time as you need. As soon as you’re ready we can have all the necessary documents drawn up within the day.

Once you’ve signed for a room, you will need to pay the deposit. This will then be registered with Mydeposits under a custodial scheme (meaning they look after your money, not us).

If you’re an international student or just out of Bangor for the holidays, all documents can be signed electronically.

Step 5:

You’re Set!

We’ll contact you towards the summer for anyone wishing to move-in for July, and to pre-arrange moves-ins for September. If you’re staying in our Halls, you’ll receive a nifty handbook with lots of information about what to expect living in a Halls of Residence.
